If you are from Ontario, you can pick up your Marriage License at your local City Hall - Clerk´s Office. Be sure to bring it with you!
If you are from out of Province, you may pick up your Marriage License at the Niagara Falls City Hall - Clerk´s office.
Mon. - Fri. 8:30 - 4:30 pm Holidays Excluded.
| Obtaining a Licence: |
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over. Applicants who are 16 or 17 years of age must have parental consent. No person under the age of 16 may be married.

| Licence Fee: |
$125.00 at the City Hall Niagara Falls On.

| Application: |
Both parties must complete and sign an Application Form; however one person may bring in the completed form.
|
| Identification: |
Applicants must provide two pieces of identification such a Birth Certificate, Drivers License or a valid Passport.
|
| Validity: |
A Marriage Licence is valid anywhere in ONTARIO for a period of 3 months from the date of issuance.
|
| Blood Tests: |
Blood Tests or Medical Certificates are not required in Ontario.

| Divorce or Annulment: |
If an Applicant has been granted a Divorce or an Annulment IN CANADA, the Applicant is to file with the Issuer the original or a Court Certified Copy of their final divorce papers. (Decree Absolute) If an Applicant has been granted a Divorce or an Annulment OTHER THAN CANADA, the Applicant should speak to an Issuer of Marriage Licences to receive additional requirements.
